Opening old quicken file
Patrice
Hello,
i tried to open and old windows quicken file on my mac to see an old transaction. Since i did that, when i open my currently quicken file and try to download transactions from my bank, iget the message: "Quicken 2016 requires Parallels Desktop to operate. Please install Parallels Desktop and try again."
I uninstalled and reinstalled Quicken on my mac but having the same issue.
Thank you for your help

How are you launching Quicken? It sounds like you're trying to open the Quicken 2016 Windows file, not a Quicken Mac file.
Open your Applications folder. Find Quicken, and double-click it. That will open Quicken Mac.
