Error downloading transactions from investment accounts

All of a sudden I am getting an error when using One Step Update to update my Investment account transactions. (see attached screenshot).
Here is the error: During the last online session, Quicken encountered an online error [OL-362-A].
What does that mean? Your financial institution has downloaded data for an account that does not exist in your Quicken data file.
The update worked fine in the past. Only investment accounts are affected. Other accounts (e.g., BofA checking and Amex) work fine, I reset each account under the Online Services tab but this did not help.
What could be causing this error?

If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/message-when-using-online-services-ol-362
I suspect the issue is intermittent and may be due to Quicken's ongoing migration of the financial institutions to QCS. If the issue hasn't resolved itself in a few days, I suggest you contact Quicken Support: https://www.quicken.com/support/quicken-support-options1 -
