I need to export the price history of a security that i have manually inputted prices for 3 years from one Quicken Account to another. So i need to export and then import.
I can't download the prices as its for a security that is not listed.
Can anyone tell me how to do this. Just need the PRICE HISTORY only. No other info needed.
thanks

File -> File Export -> QIF Export -> select Security List
This will export all of the securities and their price history in QIF format. There isn't anyway to just export the prices of a given security. Note for the prices to be exported the security must have a symbol (it doesn't matter what it is).
You can edit a QIF file with a text editor.Signature:

Thank you. I forgot to insert a dummy symbol on the import end, so I corrected that and re-imported. All good, Thank you.0
