Download, Add/Update Accounts (Windows)
Unable to download USAA Fed Savings Bank transactions into Quicken. Can anyone help?

Since the end of July 2021 when trying to download USAA Fed Savings Bank credit card transactions into Quicken, I get an OL-297-A error message (cannot establish an internet connection.) I can download from other banks, but not USAA.

Im having the same issue... I deactivated my online credentials for my checking, savings, and credit card accounts in an attempt to reset the link. I clicked the link to retrieve my account ID and Access Pin.. which i did successfully, Quicken found my Checking account, and credit card account at USAA and I was able to successfully link them to the existing accounts in quicken and download transactions.. but for some reason it does not see my savings account. Clearly there is a bug. I was able to download transactions flawlessly as early as last week, so something must have changed.
