Is anyone having problems downloading transactions from Capital One?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭
I've been trying since the last update to download transactions, both deposit accounts and credit card accounts, from Capital One and am not receiving anything. I've tried One Step update, then the individual Update Now on each account and still nothing. I've even tried disconnecting the online services and reconnecting them. This is becoming very frustrating as one of accounts hasn't reconciled to Quicken since April.

With the amount of time you've been receiving this issue it may be best to have someone check over what exactly could be happening. As such we would recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for the best assistance. They'll be able to go over log files if needed to figure out what exactly is causing the issue you're having.
