A GREAT not so obvious feature!

Did you know that if you have your memorized payees all set up correctly, that you can then take a line in your >register> highlight it> go to your Memorized Payee List>highlight the payee that you want you register line to mimic>right click your mouse>go to "USE">enter and bam... your register transaction does paste operation from that payee in the payee list to your highlighted register transaction WITHOUT disturbing the date in your transaction. I've never seen this feature questioned, mentioned, shown, or discussed but it's great. Give me a thumbs up if this is NEW for you!

True, but you can just start typing in the Payee field and Quicken will offer a pick list for you to choose from. Doing it this way, you don't have to expend the effort to open the Memorized Payee list.

I've got all my auto fill, renaming rules, memorized payess in good shape. But my split transaction have problems. Doing it my way has eliminated some of those problems. The rest I'm having to fix manually. Thanks Splasher, for all your help you've given me in the past I do appreciate it!
