download transactions for one account

how do I download the transactions for one account from the list of my accounts?

    Only set up that one account for download.  See Q Help (F1) for how to set up an account to download.

    I ran into a Qkn Prem bug when I tried to use the update feature; it worked for a few but not all my acc'ts. Can I download those few accounts individually to separate files and then restore them individually to an acc't?
    BTW: I talked with a Qkn rep about the problem I was having. She suggested restoring those problematic acc'ts and then download data from the data provider.
