Why Can't I Upgrade?

I follow the instructions to upgrade my account but I cannot click on the upgrade buttons. The cursor changes to a circle with a red diagonal slash. What's up with that?

I saw the same thing. I tried to upgrade to Family and Business so I would have the online option and I get a circle with the slash through it on the Family and Business button. I'm thinking they only want to upgrade is via the phone or chat.0

What version do you have now? If you have a current subscription all versions have online features. Or are you trying to buy a new subscription?
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

I'm not sure who you are talking to, but I have Premier and just paid my yearly subscription. I save my copy of Q to the dropbox cloud, but it would be nice to see that online as well. My company computer will no longer let me download the Q template for Windows to my computer. So, I'm stuck waiting to I get home and fire up the personal laptop to enter a transaction.
