How do I delete old backups

Just use Windows to delete them.  Each backup file is complete ... it's not just what since happened since the prior backup.

BUT,  you should also develop a backup strategy ... because sometimes if there's a problem, it might well exist in the most recent backup(s) also.

SO:

• Backup before you make any major changes in Q (new accounts, closing accounts, combining accounts, large quantities of input).  Q itself will initiate a backup before any program updates.
• KEEP at least a week's worth of backups.
• KEEP weekly backups for a month or 2
• KEEP monthly backups for a year or so.

Backups are you friends. Make lots of them.
