Adding a security

Why can't I add a security after my subscription has expired?
This is not what I was led to believe when I upgraded. I don't need Quicken in the cloud. I live overseas and don't need live updates.

How is it a consumer product with support only available during business hours?

To add a security with an expired subscription: press Ctrl + Y, select Add Security and Click here
