Wealthscape Investor not connecting.

Thrivent uses Wealthscape Investor to manage brokerage accounts. As of 2/1/2021, my account has been unable to log on. It is asking for Wealthscape credentials, however my credentials are all via Thrivent.com.
Any idea what changed in February?

My wealthscape account did not want to update for the first time in years so I deactivated the account to restart the link. Quicken asks for your login id, your PIN, and your account number. When I used those 3 items I continually got an error (NOT YOUR FAULT). Then, I tried using my PASSWORD vice a PIN and it worked like a charm. Might I suggest to Quicken that they use the term PASSWORD rather than PIN for the login credentials.1
