I just installed Quicken on a new computer and am unable to open my saved files

please clarify exactly what you mean by this - "saved files" ?

You can't click to open Saved Files, you need to Restore Manual Backup Files or Automatic Backup Files.

And where are your files?  They should be on your computer hard drive like on the C drive. Usually in your Documents in a Quicken folder.   If not, then copy it to your hard drive first.  What version did you install?  Maybe you need to first update to the latest release.
