You can't assign this category to this category group

attempted to add a category: quicken won't let me. attempted to a subcategory: quicken won't let me. haven't used quicken in a while. just renewed subscription. am i doing something wrong?

    Is it possibly already an Account?  You can't have a category and an account with the same name.
