Missing Transactions

    For an unknown reason I have lost all figures and entries from May 2021 on to present.

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your transactions. I'm wondering here if we might have loaded a backup potentially causing the issue? I'm not sure if I've heard of that many transactions being deleted/changed at once. We'll want to double check your recent files to start off to see if we might be able to find the other ones. Ideally you should be able to go across the top to file > 2 ( Filename / location). 

    If this doesn't work I would next recommend looking for your most recent backups to see if they're able to give you more information. 

    Once you get a chance to try these steps, please let us know what you find.  From there we'll better understand our next steps/options.
