If I go to the Quicken Support page - it still has the public R34.24 as the Mondo Patch
How to upgrade to 35.23

Hello... Trying to upgrade to the new version (35.23) and Quicken keeps informing me that the latest version (34.24) is already installed? Yesterday I got the message to upgrade to 35.23, but this was during the period of time the new version was pulled from distribution so I'm still on the earlier one.
How do I get the upgrade to install now that it has been re-released?

The reason you can't get it automatically is because it is in staged release mode/paused, and it will be released to the general public when they are more sure of it being OK.
If you want to upgrade anyways you can download it and install it from here:

The practice I'm seeing these days goes something like this.
- They turn on automatic downloading of the newest release (for a limited amount of people).
- Then they post the announcement. Usually by the time the announcement is posted, they have already paused the automatic downloading, but the announcement has a link in it to download it. You will notice that the file name looks like this: mondo_27.1.34.24_27.1.35.23.EXE (installed this is R35.23)
- Then a bit later if there isn't a lot of problems they usually post it to the standard manual patch area (https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product), but note that the file name is now in this format: QW27.1.34.24MPatch.EXE (R35.23 hasn't reached this state yet, this patch is for R34.24).
- And at an even later date they make the release official, and turn on the automatic downloads, and mention that it is official in the same announcement thread.

Hi ALL,
You can wait to receive it through the program Quicken as an Update, or you can download the Mondo Patch for 35.23 from Here: https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product
