CC transaction appears in download, but not online on bank site?

My most recent credit card download included a large refund that I did not recognize, so I logged on to the credit card bank site to see if I could see more info. That transaction does not appear at all on the credit card bank list of activity!?!

I'm concerned that it is a scam or fraud or something, but I don't know what I can do since the credit card has no record of it? Do I Just delete from the Quicken register and go from there?

    I wonder if it could be something which was mistakenly posted to your credit card account, and then corrected and removed -- but in the meantime it had downloaded to Quicken?

    In any case, yes, if you are sure it's a one-off bogus transaction, simply delete it from Quicken.
