NetxInvestor will not update OL-220-A

NetxInvestor has not downloaded holdings information since 5/10/21. I did set up a Test file and downloaded successfully. I also validate and repaired the file. Any ideas?

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having difficulties downloading your transactions. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, what connection method are you using? Where is your main/active file stored? Do you have a VPN? 

    To check the connection method being used select Tools >Account List >Edit account details >Online services. 

    Additionally, if you have not already please check the FAQ article linked below for more information regarding this issue.

    Once more information is provided we can move towards diagnosing the issue at hand.
