NetxInvestor will not update OL-220-A

NetxInvestor has not downloaded holdings information since 5/10/21. I did set up a Test file and downloaded successfully. I also validate and repaired the file. Any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having difficulties downloading your transactions. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, what connection method are you using? Where is your main/active file stored? Do you have a VPN?
To check the connection method being used select Tools >Account List >Edit account details >Online services.
