Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information. For instance, what version of Quicken are you using? What type of report are you running? I also recommend checking that the account(s) you are attempting to use for the report is not hidden or kept separate.
To check the version of Quicken select Help >About Quicken.
To check for hidden/seperate account(s) select Tools >Manage Hidden accounts.
Once more information is provided we can move forward in diagnosing the issue at hand.
