Unable to delete category with Usage 0

Right-clicking a category in Category List does NOT bring up Edit, it only brings up "New Category". Usage is 0. Type shows as "Transfer". How can I delete it?

"Transfers" aren't "proper categories".  What is going on is that in Quicken Windows they reused the category field for transfers too because they wanted to save space and they didn't want to allow double counting by allowing both a category and for it to be a transfer at the same time.

So all the [Account] "categories" represent a transfer to that "Account".  To remove one of these you have to remove the "Account".

Thank you! IMHO, Quicken could have made it clear by ANY explanation on right-clicking -- instead of the useless, "Add new category". Just sayin'...
