Is there any way to customize the new Home Tab Dashboard?

The new Home Tab included with the last two Quicken for Windows updates will not let me make any changes to its content. Turning the Classic Dashboard on has no effect and it shows last updated on August 10, 2021 even though I update it daily. What can I do to get it working?

    Are you using the Starter edition?
    It has been reported that there is a bug and the Starter edition doesn't allow you to switch back to "Classic" like it should.  See this announcement.

    Thank you Chris for answering. I am using the Starter edition, although for me it is more the Finish edition. At my age, I just don't need the investment features anymore. I hope they fix the bug quickly, but understand and will patiently. Thanks again.
