What do I need to do in order to to complete the update?

Every time it tries to update, it errors out with the following note. I signed out and restarted, but still didn't work.
The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w2266\base\QuickenHomeInventory.exe' because it is being used by another process.

You might want to try downloading and installing the Mondo Patch: https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product.

Have you installed the home inventory program? That is the install file.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.
