What do I need to do in order to to complete the update?

Every time it tries to update, it errors out with the following note. I signed out and restarted, but still didn't work.

The process cannot access the file 'C:\ProgramData\Quicken\Inet\Common\patch\quickenPatch\w2266\base\QuickenHomeInventory.exe' because it is being used by another process.
