Logging into quicken for windows, wont load

Logging into quicken for windows, the password window opens but Quicken doesn't open. It appears to be open because the icon on the taskbar is highlighted. but no window opens. I downloaded and reinstalled, same problem

    I suggest you hover the mouse cursor over the Quicken icon in the task bar until the mini-view window appears, right-click in the mini-view window and select Restore or Maximize.
