Loan Balance is incorrect after wakeup/sleep

I was reconciling my mortgage account, for some reason transactions never auto match, nor import, i missed a couple and was fixing them. I got called away the computer goes on standby, i come back and wake it up to continue work. The balance on the loan account is now incorrect. I only accounts for payments from a 0 balance on the loan not the not the initial balance on the load. (i.e. the initial balance of the loan is now 0)

(but on the top of the loan window and in the accounts bar the balance is correct. only wrong on the register)

How shall I go about fixing this?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community regarding your issue, although I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your mortgage. I'm wondering what might of caused the initial balance to change in the time you were gone. If possible could we get a screenshot to see what exactly is happening inside of the register. It'll give us a better idea on what might be happening. I'll leave an article down below on how to do so.
