US Bank CC-501 Error

Unable to download any new transactions and am getting the CC-501 error. Anyone else?

    Which method are you using to download from  USB?  Direct Connect (which cost you $3.95/mo for all accounts) or Express Web Connect, which is free.
    I use Direct Connect, and had no problem downloading this morning.
