On several occassions my quicken for windows fails to start?

I contacted support and they had me do a clean install, it worked, but after several days, it started to have the same problem. I restarted my computer and it would start. Any ideas on why this is happening. It just started doing this in the last month or so

Based on the information provided, I suspect when Quicken fails to start, Quicken may already running. The next time it happens, I suggest you use Windows Task Manager to confirm: press Ctrl + Shift + Esc
