Error Message when updating to latest version of Quicken

In trying to possibly figure out another issue I'm having with Quicken, I've tried to update to the latest version of Quicken but keep getting an "update error" message saying there was an error while updating to the latest version of Quicken and to try again later. Any tips?

    What version of Quicken do you have currently? How are you initiating the update?
