Adding IRA to Schwab

I have added an IRA to Schwab online. Quicken seems to see it when I do a "Reset Account" but it doesn't show up with the other accounts on the main screen.
Any ideas?

    What "main screen" are you referring to?

    Quicken user since version 2 for DOS, now using QWin Biz & Personal Subscription (US) on Win10 Pro.

    Have you gone through the Tools > Add Account process in Quicken? If so, how far did you get, and what if any error message(s) did you receive?
