Manually added loan payment reminders are not in bills and reminders or projections

I have manually added a loan, and the payment reminder used to be in the bills tab and would auto enter into the account, but now ir's not there. I super validated the file, but that did not resolve the issue.

    If the loan payment reminder appears in the Bill and Income Reminders window (press Ctrl + J), I suggest you check the filter being applied in the Bill tabs view.  Otherwise, I suspect the loan payment may have been converted to a memorized payee.  If so, I suggest you convert it back to a reminder: open the loan, select edit below MONTHLY PAYMENT, and select Payment Options
