Errors since program update.

My total on left is correct. The amount in the register is wrong. There are a gap of transactions that disappeared over a two month period which is not at the end of register but since my last backup. Many of the missing transactions had been cleared and reconciled already. Any chance of recovery? All entries are manual.

If you haven’t already, you may want to verify the register is sorted appropriately and there aren’t any unexpected filters being applied: open the register, select the Date column header (you want the small triangle to right of Date to point up) and Reset.

After closing and opening several times it corrected itself. The filters are something that I did check. This has happened to me several times in the past and has always fixed itself after I closed and reopened Quicken. This time that did not work after several tries, until after I rebooted the computer and opening Quicken.0
