In Quicken, you can work with other currencies by selecting Tools>Currency List. Tap the help icon, at the bottom of the Currency List dialog, for an extensive help section on working with other currencies. Image.
Please note
that Quicken is designed and supported for USA and Canada users and Financial Institutions only. YMMV.

Besides what
@Scooterlam
said, I will point out that you have to have the Deluxe edition or higher and then turn on Multiple Currency support:
Edit -> Preferences -> Calendar and currency => Multicurrency support
And note that you have to have Premier or above to download the current exchange rates.
EDIT the Canadian version has multicurrency support turned on and there isn't any way to turn it off, and there isn't any way to change the home currency like there is in the US version.
