I am no longer able to update my LCFCU accounts on quicken (MAC) for the last month or so.

    You should contact Quicken Support. They can go through some basic troubleshooting with you, and if they can't resolve the issue, they will collect log files from your Quicken which they can then pass on to their connectivity tam to research and hopefully get resolved.
