Uncategorized right after categorizing when filtered

There are multiple occasions where I review and categorize a transaction(s). I immediately filter by uncategorized transactions and the ones I categorized are there. Its like it didnt save even when it shows it initially saved. Very frustrating.
The only think I can think of is I categorize these transactions when I have the "unreviewed" filter enabled.
Any help would be great.
