CC-502 for Iron Mountain - Kingsford Credit Union when using one step update

When I run One-step update it gets a screen that states the CU requires additional information and gives me a text box to type an answer but doesn't show me the question. The update bombs out no matter what i enter. Is anyone else having the same problem I am?

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. I apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you I need more information, specifically a screenshot. Having this will allow us to take a further look into the issue. It would also be helpful to know if this is occurring for one account or multiple? Also, what is the official name of your financial institution? I was able to find only one instance. A visual example is below.
