Windows Quicken unable to connect to TIAA

I have ensured that I am on the latest version of Quicken and I have deactivated, validated the file, and I get a spinning wheel when I try to re-activate the connection. Error messages in log:
20210928 13:15:54: ***QFN kQFFinished: returns 67108866
20210928 13:15:54: User cancelled operation
20210928 13:15:54: QFN: End send to https://ofx-service.tiaa-cref.org/public/ofx, netstatus 28

    TIAA downloads are working OK for me 9/29 1PM EDT.

    Thanks for your note. Mine was working fine until a few weeks ago, all my other connections are going fine. I figure that it is probably some configuration issue either in Quicken or with TIAA. With Quicken I have deactivated and reactivated but I keep getting a spinning wheel, with TIAA I can log into the URL fine. Any ideas?
