How do I add Kedplasma debit card for income?

I donate plasma for money.  would like to have it in my 'income' mix....can't find how to add the account

Kedplasma is not a financial institution that supports Quicken.  You can
 still add a Kedplasma debit card as an Offline manual account.  I would probably 
set it up as a manual checking account.  Then every time you get money 
for a plasma donation you manually enter it as a credit into the account
 register and every time you spend money with it you manually enter it 
into the account register as a debit.
