One hour ago Quicken recognized University of Michigan Credit Union. After new install of latest software, my institution is no longer on the list. What should I do?

Are you saying that you previously had University of Michigan Credit Union set up and were successfully downloading from it?Also, if you were able to download from them previously, did you get an error code now when you tried to update your UMCU account(s)? If so, what was the error code? The FIDIR list includes a Lake Michigan Credit Union and a West Michigan Credit Union but no University of Michigan Credit Union. Financial Institutions must be included in the FIDIR list in order for us to be able to set them up in Quicken. So the question then is, why is UMCU not on the FIDIR list? Your response to the 1st two paragraphs above can perhaps identify which path to start with.

A couple of hours ago the 501 error was no longer a problem. I had full access to one-step. I had errors from manual recording transactions. I decided to delete and start fresh and found that I no longer had my Credit Union listed. Support is working on this.0

or just click on the Quicken Update menu to install.
What version do you now have...... Help --> About QuickenDid you then open and use your existing QDF file -
or did you for some reason start a totally new QDF file,
losing all you previous data accounts and transactions ?What EXACT name did you have previously setup for your Michigan Credit Union ?
Have you tried a Quicken Restore from a Quicken Backup of your QDF file to just see where things are at ?

University of Michigan CU has been removed from the FI list. I have it in an old version from August, shown below, but it is no longer in the current list. So I presume the relationship between Quicken and UMCU has ended. Either that or someone clobbered its entry in the list...?52809 52809 52809 University of Michigan CU http://www.umcu.org 800-968-UMCU (8628) http://www.umcu.org ACTIVE BANKING,CREDIT&WEB-CONNECT BANKING,CREDIT,ACCOUNTINFO&EXP-WEB-CONNECT NOT_QBP NA

Did you go into Settings after entering the Vault Password?
Did you restore your last Manual Backup file?
