    Just downloaded and performed transactions through Fifth Third Direct Connect. Fully functional to the best of my knowledge.

    Message from Fifth Third Bank:
    "Our team has reported that if you are seeing an OL-332-A, this is an issue that Quicken is working on to resolve and expects to be resolved within 24-48. They advise not to attempt to add or update accounts with Fifth Third bank until this time frame has passed.

    For any other issues, I would advise to reach our customer service to connect with an Quicken specialist. You can reach our Quicken team by contacting customer service at 800-972-3030"

    Regarding the OL-332-A error when attempting to download transactions from Fifth Third Bank, as of today 10/4/21 the issue seems to be resolved. I did have to deactivate each of my four accounts though because only one account was updating. After deactivating ALL 5/3 accounts and then setting them up again, all the accounts were linked and transactions downloaded. Thank you Quicken and 5/3 for resolving this issue much faster than past connection issues.

    What is the ETA? I have spent hours on this and it appears to be a software issue with Quicken, not a fifth third problem

    @Jo K
    This should be working for you now as of 10/4. If your transactions are still not downloading I would suggest deactivating each account, then re-activate them and link to existing accounts. That is what I had to do in order for ALL of my four accounts to download. Hope this helps you.

    Finally Quicken is able to access my checking account info after working with the Quicken Help desk this morning to make a change in how Quicken retrives my account info from FifthThird.
