    What kind of transaction do you currently have in Quicken for this donation transaction? Can you show us an image snapshot?
    If, for example, you wrote and mailed a check to the Red Cross and categorized as Misc. Expense, you can just simply change the transaction's category to Charity:Cash donations (or any category with a Schedule A:Cash charity contributions tax line item)

    WHY is the receiving account included in your Q data file?  What type of account is it?  A charity (which should be a Category, not an account) or what?
