Yes! If your categories are set up that way just run an Itemized Category report. By default it goes down to the sub-category level although at first view you may only see the top level categories. Clicking on the "+" next to the category shows the sub-categories below it.

And if you don't want to click on the plus signs one at a time, you can click on Update to show at the top of the report and select Category summary.
