Synching projected payments

I am using Quicken for Mac by subscription. I have several bills for which Quicken obtains the requested payments and shows them as future payments in the register. When I synch to the cloud and mobile versions, the data is correct up to the synch date, but the projected values are incorrect. Any ideas?
