Express Web Connect Problems & Initial Balances

Express Web Connect quit downloading updates to my Credit Union Accounts late last month. I discovered that when I went to reconcile today. I did a Reset Account and finally downloaded successfully after matching a dozen accounts which was a pain. Then I discovered that my balances were off by small amounts on most of the accounts. It turns out that QUICKEN CHANGED MY INITIAL BALANCES dating back to 2006. This shouldn't be! Quicken Windows R35.31
