showed an end-of-year mutual fund correction. Typically, the mutual fund reports the net dividend during the year. His EOY adjustment is an increase in dividends balanced against the MiscExp tax paid (during the year) for a net of $0.
A Stock dividend during the year may include a foreign tax adjustment as well but the two tranactions will not net to $0.
