Transaction omitted from reconciliation window.

This has happen several times. A transaction which is within the date parameters of the reconciliation is omitted from the reconciliation window. Please report this to the developers. I have fixed the issue by deleting the transaction and the adding it back exactly as it was. Very time consuming to find the transactions and correct this way. Clearly a program bug.

When a transaction is downloaded/match to a downloaded transaction, the transactions that appear in the reconcile window are based on the Downloaded Posting date, not the date entered by the user. You can see that date by turning on the Downloaded posting date column.
Note also that if you are reconciling to the online balance then the date that goes with it, is the one used for the cutoff/ending date, which may be in the past.
