I Recently updated to Version 6.4.2 and previous reconciliations are GONE?!?!

I am hoping someone can help. After an upgrade, I went to reconcile and under Previous Reconciliation is shows "This account has never been reconciled." This account goes back to 2008 and we typically reconcile every 6 months.
What do I do? How can I get caught up?

Have you reconciled this year? The reconciliation history feature was only added in version 6.1 back in January, so only reconciliations since then have a saved history.
That said, all your previously-reconciled transactions should still be reconciled, just as you left them. There's just no way to view the history of reconciliations prior to the time you upgraded to version 6.1.
