Cannot update Quicken

I've been trying for months to update my Quicken to get current. I get an error that states "used by other process" This is the same error I've been getting for months. Any ideas?

    Hi @JoePlu .  I suggest you download and install the Mondo Patch from here:  https://www.quicken.com/support/update-and-patch-20182019-release-quicken-windows-subscription-product.

    What Q product and what BUILD of that product are you currently running?  Also, what's your "Membership valid thru" date?
    This info can be found at HELP, About Quicken.
    And, just to confirm, you're talking about an update to the Q software.  Is that correct?  OR, are you talking about downloads to update your Q data?

    I have the same problem - I tried to use this patch and it didn't help - same error message.
