Duplicated transaction downloads & missing transaction downloads

I have an Aspire E 15 laptop. My wife has a HP laptop. I have Quicken on both...my wife's is a "backup". I often receive transaction downloads for my USAA VISA on my computer which are identical to ones received maybe a day or two before, and, on occasion, I notice a transaction did not get downloaded, but the online balance shows it is being accounted for...make sense? Neither of these issues occur when I do downloads on my wife's laptop. I have been playing with this for about 8 months. This only occurs on the USAA VISA. Not on any other account.

I don't know why you don't get duplicates on your wife's laptop because duplicate transactions on the USAA credit card has been a problem since they changed their security model at the beginning of the year.
And they have yet to fix it.
