Two factor authentication fails

I'm trying to update my email/user ID as my current email address is being changed.
When I go to the Sign in & Security section and select to change my Quicken ID I select email as the method to receive my code and pressed Continue.
Thirty minutes later and no code, not in my Inbox, Junk or Spam folders.
The Community Q&As say it should arrive within 10 minutes.
Are the servers off line or are they just the slowest in the world?
How do I update an email address that will shortly no longer be available?

I suggest you have Quicken use a text message or phone call to authenticate the change to the Quicken ID.-1

Hello @BAKanyon74,
Thank you for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this difficulty. For this particular instance, the best way to change your email/Quicken ID would be to file out and submit an email change request form.
To access this request form please visit the link below.

Once it has been submitted, the general processing time is 24/48 hours. Hope this helps. Please let us know any other questions or concerns.
