Transactions are no longer updating on multiple accounts at Wescom Credit Union

Recently transactions have stopped updating on my multiple accounts at Wescom Credit Union. I have tried every fix recommended in previous posts about this problem to no avail. Contacted customer support and was told my data file was too large and that was it. No help beyond that. Seems like "Victor" couldn't wait to get off the phone. Any help beyond the ineffective recommendations listed previously?

    Intuit continues to have difficulty maintaining the Express Web Connect connection method for Quicken.  If you are not willing to accept the unreliability of this connection method, I suggest you use the Web Connect connection method instead.  If you haven't already, you may want to review: https://www.quicken.com/support/how-quicken-connects-your-bank
