Chase investments not updating properly since last Quicken update

I have several brokerage accounts with JP Morgan/Chase. Until the recent upgrade these were updating properly, but now some the accounts are showing only the cash in the accounts; none of the stocks and other funds are updating. I tried resetting the accounts and even deleted all of the Chase investment accounts and then readded them - same problems. 4 of the 7 accounts show only their cash balances and none of the investments. The accounts where I have individual stocks seem to be the accounts with this issue.

Other users have reported similar issues. It appears that Chase is downloading transactions OK but it sends zero for the share balances. Because Quicken only reports what Chase sends it, you should contact Chase support to get a resolution.QWin Premier subscription0

I called Chase and they told me that they do not support this issue. They said I should contact Quicken.0

I am having the exact issue - I have cases open with both Chase and Quicken on this, but don't feel like they are addressing it in a timely manner. This seems to have start about 2-3 weeks ago for me. Been on a bunch of frustrating calls on both sides. HELP!0
