Quicken for Mac Bank Bill Pay Grayed Out

Quicken just asked me to update my Quicken file to accommodate some changes being instituted by Charles Schwab. I just did and am now running Version 6.4.4 (Build 604.41834.100). Bank Bill Pay is now grayed out as an option. Any thoughts as to how I can get this to work again? Tx

    Thank you for reaching out to Quicken Community. We apologize you are having this issue. To better assist you more information is needed. For instance, after the update were you able to open your file normally, or did you have to restore a backup? If you did restore a backup, can you recall where it was located? Lastly, do you only use one account with Bank Bill Pay or multiple? 

    In addition, you could also try to dis/reconnect the account. To do this select Settings >Downloads >Reset. A visual example is below. 



    Please elaborate further so that we may move forward with troubleshooting as needed.
